Dear Friends,
I have 4 questions regarding the N900 version of Nokia Maps

1.Is nokia maps on N900 different from the Nokia Maps on N97
2. Is any one able to use Voice navigation (Turn by turn ) on the N900 version of Nokia Maps.
3. Is it possible to save location on the phone map? if yes how ?
4. Can I save a tracked route for on the phone so that i can use it next time ?

I appreciate your feed back on the above points.

Hello sir, in order.

1. As of right now, yes. The N97 is using the latest version. The N900 is essentially using an old version of ovi-maps.
2. No, N900 ovi-maps does not have 'voice navigation', but it does do turn by turn navigation.
3. No.
4. No.

Apologies, we got short changed a little bit on the voice navigation and POI stuff, though there are many alternatives that do have turn by turn navigation, POI's, and tracks - mappero is pretty good, available from extras or testing, I forget which : )

Sygic is a paid for alternative that seems to be functionally about the same as the latest ovi-maps. it has all the features you are after.
