it is a very nice player indeed...the only thing which annoys me (probably because i always had players with equalisers) is that the n900 has no equaliser!
is there any app for it?or am i just blind and i haven't found it? Huh

there is a stand alone video/music player app at the maemo community but it still in testing, in the extra section, you can use it but its not optify and not quite for normal users, and i believe that app does have equalizer as to the MP in n900

the standard MP in the n900 work fine so far for me, unless u really wanted equalizer and want to play with the on in devel extra then go ahead, but yar, the standard one are pretty good so far

does ne1 know how to edit the song details on the n900 like song title, album, artist info, genre etc... i used to be able to do so on my old nokia n95, by options song details etc... how do u do so on the n900?

i have heard a lot of about the nokia N900 mobile and very soon i am going to buy it i hope it will be best but i want to listen some good music upon my mobile and really this mobile phone will help me in this way . but thanks of your posting here

Nokia N900 has very simple operating system compare to other mobile phones of Nokia. And it is very easy to find media or music player. Go to menu and click multimedia and in multimedia go to music player it is very simple and put it in action very quickly.

The Nokia N900 is a smartphone made by Nokia.[5] It supersedes the Nokia N810. Its default operating system, Maemo 5, is a Linux-based OS originally developed for the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet. It is the first Nokia device based upon the Texas Instruments OMAP3 microprocessor with the ARM Cortex-A8 core. Unlike the three Nokia Internet tablets preceding it, the Nokia N900 is the first Maemo device to include phone functionality (quad-band GSM and 3G UMTS/HSDPA).
